I have made an appointment with my realtor to look at a couple houses that Sam Miller had listed a within 5 min before we were to look at the house Sam Miller canceled our showing so that he could show it or that he had an offer that was from one of his clients so that he can sell it himself to make all the money for himself. I don't think he cares about the sellers interest or buyers all he cares is that he makes a quick sale and keeps all for himself . What he should have done is let us look at the house and see if our offer may of been better than what his client offers but he again only cares about how fat he can make his bank roll. A REAL JERK
