I can't speak highly enough of Sam, his wife, or the other people working in the office. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home Sam should be your first stop. Sam is an extremely knowledgeable and vibrant person. He can make what can be a stressful time, in to an experience you can enjoy. I also highly respect the fact that he will tell you exactly what he thinks about factors such as: location of a home, the homes construction, and even loan types. He won't let you go wrong... Unless you are really sure you want to.
