I have to say that working with Sam Miller was the worst real estate experience that I have ever experienced. I was selling a house from out of state and had to reach out to Sam weekly to get a status on my home. He never reached out to me and his response time was unacceptable. In addition, he never once checked on my house. Dirt was tracked throughout and doors were left unlocked. The electrician he hired to replace an outlet did not clean up after himself and left the old outlets on the counter. Once again, I do not live in Mount Vernon, so one would think that Sam would check on the house to make sure everything was in order. Closing was another nightmare. I kept reaching out to Sam for a closing date. I do not live in Ohio so I needed to have a date because I had to clean out the house and sign the paperwork. Sam would not get back to me. The title company reached out to me to set up a date. After the closing date was settled, someone from Sam's office called to yell at me because this date and time was not convenient for Sam. I closed on April 11, 2017 and have not received a text, email, card or phone call asking about closing or just thanking me for my business. He made over $3000 off this sale and does not have the decency to say thank you? If you want a good and attentive real estate agent...don't use Sam. The reason why I gave one star is because I could not write a review without giving at least one star.
