You can get natural bottled spring water here or they will deliver. Spring water is very different from purified water. It is very pure and tastes so much better. It is the real deal from deep within the earth. I believe that it is Family owned and operated. I am a very small customer but they always remind me that no order is too small. I drive out to Keller to pick up from their location. Everyone is always very welcoming.

I have been trying to cancel service for 6 months or more. I have written 5 or more times with no response. They have continued to charge my card causing me to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. They have the worst customer service of anyone I have every worked with and I highly recommend not to use their service.

We signed up for a free water test at a home and garden show. We hadn’t built our home just yet, but the well was ready, so we had it tested. It turned out we didn’t need a water softener, but we did get a reverse osmosis system from Samantha Springs, and it does the trick.

After trying several bottled water delivery services, we decided to go with Samantha Springs. They have the best tasting water, and their deliveries have been pretty consistent.

After watching the news about tainted water, we decided to get ours tested by Samantha Springs. The test was free, and very informative. About a week later, we called them back to get a water treatment system. They gave us a good price on a newer system. I’ve referred them to several friends and will continue to do so.

I have to make people aware. All I see about this place is the great reviews about the customer service, but not a single compliment or review about how HORRIBLE the water tastes. I'm not exaggerating when i say I've had better tap or well water than this stuff. Everyone I've talked to that has drank the bottled water from here also agrees. So please put as much effort in to your product as you do the service. Service is great, but the water I do not recommend to anyone.
