Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator during a remodel in February of 2017 and had it installed in May of 2017. Within the first year we were having issues with the ice maker freezing over and then the ice could not empty in to the ice maker bin. While under warranty we had the ice maker replaced. For the last year every 3 weeks or so we have had to knock the frozen water down so the ice maker could make ice again. Now it has become so bad that ice is finding it's way down to the fan for the freezer and now the freezer no longer works. This is a KNOWN defect to Samsung and yet they will not authorize the ice maker to be replaced as it is 2 1/2 years old and not under warranty. 2 1/2 YEARS OLD!!! The freezer and refrigerator I have in my garage are each 20 years old and yet I do not have problems with them! My advice is DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!! Go with someone like Whirlpool, GE or KitchenAid as they will last longer than 2 1/2 years. $3200 down the drain!

The Worst Customer Support Ever!!! 1 star is way too much for them!I have sent my phone to Samsung repair center on 06/20/2018 to fix a simple issue and have not received it yet which is almost 30 days.I have been contacting 1-800-Samsung for almost four weeks regarding my phone. The customer service reps are very unprofessional in handling this case. I have been waiting forever to receive my phone but no tracking number yet.I even talked to the customer service supervisor but she was not able to help me as well.They either hang up on me or do not call me back and every time I call they claim to be busy.I have been contacted from the office of the president as well but they could not help me as well.I will pursue the legal route for my lost phone. Meanwhile, I'd like to convince all my family and friend not to ever purchase a Samsung product.

Do not buy any Samsung products. I had a dryer that was recalled and they have yet to compensate me. How are you a manufacture and take zero responsibility of defective products. Samsungs Exchange & Refund Department is a joke also. You promised verbally and in writing to reimburse me for the defective dryer but did not deliver. Instead what I found were tactics to delay and not deliver on payment. Were talking about for a $400.00 refund. I will not be doing business with Samsung again after this disappointing experience. Stand behind your products and customers in the future . I am not asking for a hand out , just simply for you to replace a defective product that you designed.

It would take too long to explain my entire experience but in summary the sparkling system never worked from the beginning. I had several service calls until they finally replaced the system. After the serviceman finished he said "if this doesn't work there's nothing more I can do." Well it still doesn't work. After spending literally hours on hold dealing with rude (every scary at times) "customer service" reps who wasted an hours and hours of my time I still do not have the product I paid for. In addition, about a year after purchasing this item, the ice maker started freezing over and clogging the mechanism. Again I tried to call to for service (because I bought the extended warranty through Samsung) only to be told by the repair person that it wasn't covered. I called again and was finally told they were going to replace the unit. They told me to send them a copy of the receipt (which I'm sure they were hoping I didnt have). They said someone will get back to me shortly and they'd replace it within 1-2 weeks. Since I never heard from them I called back only to be put right back through to the same rude service people who told me they needed to schedule ANOTHER service call. They give you the run around so much they hope you'll give up. Samsung seems to feel they are above the law in terms of contracts. They took my money but did not give me fully functioning product in return. I have given them every opportunity to fix it. I'm taking legal action.

Just spent $800 on a piece of crap Note 7. Terrible design. If you are thinking about it I would recommend against it. Day 5 and screen cracked in my pocket. They do not manufacture or sell a case that protects screen.

Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. Making simple services complicated. WARNING: Do not call Samsung Electronics in Ridgefield Park, NJ for help unless you like being hung up on, transferred to leave a voice mail message with no reply, or just shuffled around in the voice prop twighlight zone wasting time.
