You can get a lot done here. It is easy to find whatever you need to take care of in city hall. Parking is easy and plentiful. I recommend looking at some of the sculptures around the grounds including the bronze Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Extremely slow service, I've been here an hour with only 2 people ahead of me, now the whole lobby is full and there's still 1 person ahead of me. Pathetic service!

Unfortunately, this building was built to poor seismic standards and is another huge liability for the city. It's an example of government incompetence; earth quakes have been present a long time before the construction of this building. Glass and stilts do not hold up well during a seismic event!
