I don’t know why the social worker keep lying about my medical case , I turn all the documents they asked me for, but it seen they don’t even check on then, no mention the long waiting time to talk with one social worker who wear excess makeup and she still looks in you like a strange thing? WTH !

I went here yesterday just to ask for some information... and this filipino guy from conference 3 is i think have his monthly period (sarcasm) im asking question and he’s asking me why?? What the heck! Give me some Answer right... so i said to him what why?? Of course I want to know thats why im asking ‍♀️... poor customer service..

The people who work here make the experience longer by not knowing g answers to questions or even truly what their job entails. When your done finally you get the dehumanizing experience driving past cops waiting to pull people over as they leave.

They dont care about other humans... nice name to have for a organisation that don't even care about their main service, Caring About The Patients. .

Despite reading all the negative reviews regarding this location I for one can truly say I have experienced nothing but easy and straight forward comprehensive service with the level of respect expected for a state government operated facility. If you are walking in without having an appointment expect delay!!! Remember the key to successfully having your case file approved for whatever aid you are seeking is patience, meaning having the ability to endure waiting, delay, or provocation without becoming annoyed. Once I established my case at this location and followed their request for providing the requested information everything was pretty much straight forward and the time it took for the approval of application was within a reasonable time, little over 30 days from the original date of the case being filed. Some people lack basic patience with these people and I can understand their frustrations but let’s get real, no one is going to bend over backwards to give out FREE money in the form of aid for nothing.

You will find better service and accurate information if you call to the 800 number of Access, it will take 6 to 8 min aprox to talk with live person but they are real welfare workers... like half of employees at this location should quit because Im sure they dont like what they are doing. ***LADIES FROM PCG AT THIS LOCATION: ARE THE BEST ***

They have no sense of an emergency case. Leaving you without Calfresh and Medical for 4 days before they make a move, even when pregnant.
