If giving them a zero was an option I would pick that!! The absolute worst people to deal with and very unprofessional!! I wouldn't recommend ever living in one of there apartments/ town homes! Property Managers are an absolute joke and lie!

It's very disappointing that a certain employee is ruining this company. The head of HR should be the last person you worry about. Instead the individual is creates a hostile work environment and making everyone around them uncomfortable and unengaged. I just couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave. It was a constant feeling that you would be the next victim. The head of HR would push blame on anyone and everyone to avoid being held accountable. It's an absolute shame. Everyone else is great and the owners clearly care and work to progress the company. I just can only hope one day the individual decides to change or move on. I hear it's the same as it was when I left and it makes me sad. Be warned. Leaving wasn't easy but it was the best thing I did for my mental health.

I like my apartment at Hoffman place and get along great with my neighbors ;However, the manager has made my life a living hell the whole 6 years I've lived here. And even though the manager is at wrongful behaviors corporate staff doesn't do anything to protect the tenants. Top of the corporation President doesn't even know what managers are doing.never check to prove what is actually going on. My manager is forcing me out of lease simply because she doesn't like me.and the corporate doesn't even do anything about it.

I live in community owned and managed by Sand Companies, Inc. Great apartment homes and nice sized in a great location. Only problem is unethical management and getting treated like a nuisance instead of a valued tenant. No calls back which leads to written correspondence still with no solution to the concerns at hand. Hopefully the management is changed or retrained on proper treatment of tenants and unit.
