Showed up on Saturday. The line was a mile long and only one very slow staff working. Don't bother. Go to the one in Prattville or Mannford. Would be much faster even with the travel.

I went in to update my DL, nice ladies however, I was asked if I wanted to keep the same address as my original. I confirmed it should be the same. I get my license back and it has my address that I haven't had in 5 years. So now I have to pay to replace it. Please get people that ACTUALLY pay attention to their jobs.

I went there and waited on someone before me. The lady helping him was so so so slow. Then when she got done with him, she didn’t say anything and walked off to help other customers. Someone else had to help realizing no one was helping. Im not sure of her name. She has i would say dirty blonde or light brown dark brown hair short/mid length hair she was working to give people ID’s & take their pictures. It was bad customer service. So slow! SO RUDE!
