I recently ordered an engraved lighter from Sandee's as a gift for a friend. After a week, they called to let me know it hadn't turned out as nice as they would have liked and they would immediately re-attempt it. I picked up the lighter today and was quite satisfied with the finished product. The transaction was hassle-free, the price was reasonable, and the staff was more than friendly. I appreciate that they were straight forward and did not try to sell me what they considered sub par work. Thanks Sandee's!
