Very unprofessional. We attempted to be proactive and take care of something two weeks prior to a court date. We were assured all was okay. After the court date, we found out that all was not actually okay. Not only were we not offered an apology, but the owner, Kim, made snarky remarks about me looking much younger than my boyfriend. The last time I heard a comment like that was from someone who painted my face at a fair. I mean no disrespect to people who do face painting, but I do hold insurance agents to higher standards. We now will be paying legal fees to rectify their incompetence and switching to an insurance agency that shows basic human decency and respect to its clients.
