I have been with State Farm for close to or a little over 6 years now. Prior to moving back to SC, I felt like I was always taken care of by my agent in Rincon GA. However over the last 3 years I have experienced several issues from policies being canceled for unknown reasons, payments being returned for paying early, discounts just falling off my policies for no reason, and increases in my the cost of my policies. My frustration with these cancellations was most of time it requires me calling the office to find out what happen. Which often lead to having to cash the check. Then reprocessing the payment. Sometimes it involves contacting the mortgage company so that I stop them from making another payment which typically results in my escrow payment going up if I don't. I have always felt protected knowing that State Farm covered my insurance, but that feeling has changed over these last few month. I encourage others reading this to consider price matching there policy and reviewing there policy in detail. I'd also watch the mail, and your policies close.

I HATE YOU GUYS SOO MUCH! I WAS NEVER OR NOT ONCE IN GOOD HANDS SINCE BECOMING A CUSTOMER. THERE HAD BEEN ISSUES WITH YOU GUYS SINCE DAY 1. ALSO HATE THE FACT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COULDNT ASSIST ME OR HELP ME 01/04/2019. THEY LET ME STRANDED AND COULD NOT CHANGE OR TAKE MY FLAT TIRE OFF MY CAR. THEY JUST LEFT ME OUT ALONE UNSAFE AS WELL AS YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS COULDNT ASSIST WITH ANY TOW COVERAGE BUT CHARGE ME EACH MONTH FOR IT. IM ALSO UNSATSIFIED AT THE RATE INCREASE FOR THE COMPANY WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS COMPANY IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL LEAVE YOU OUT TO DIE! IM SO READY TO LEAVE AND WHEN I DO I WILL MEVER RETURN. LEARN HOW TO APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT , HORRIBLE WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST. I HATE YOU GUYS SOO MUCH. GOODBYE ALL STATE I WILL BE LEAVING FOR GOOD
