Overall Feedback:
HORRIBLE SERVICE.Had a reservation for 7 people for 930pm... (disclaimer: there were ONLY 3 other tables in the restaurant with less than 4 people) It took 10 mins to get our drink orders taken. Then 20 mins. later I had to ask to see if someone would take our order. When I approach another employee to ask, I can clearly see our server breakdown the service station. That must have been why we still had no drinks nor orders taken. She finally comes to our table to take our order and proceed to tell me that there is no scallops, nor crab cakes, of course all the things i wanted to eat. I get it restaurants run out of items and dishes, but if she wasn't so busy trying to get out of work earlier by doing her closing duties, she could have let us know about the menu. So, to make things even worse she stands there to tell the table the history of the restaurant... listen little girl, i don't care about the history, place the order for the rest of the table and excuse yourself and make sure the table has water and silverware. At this point I am extremely annoyed and asked for my drink check so I could leave and go eat somewhere I can eat something and get actual service. She proceeds to come to me and say she is comp'ing my drink... I didn't go out to eat for free drinks and food, I went out to be served on while enjoying time with family and friends. She had a hard time with understanding that I wanted to pay for my drink. Honestly she wasn't the brightest of people. Guess how long it took to get to my change... 11 mins... yes I was timing it because that how long it took for my uber to arrive.Again, WORSE SERVICE!!!
