Horrible system, was told the reason we have to wait 3 hours longer than everyone else was because renewing your driver's license is not that import

Was in and out in 15 minutes to renew my tag. Most of the staff are very pleasant and the receptionist is always smiling and ready to help.

Came back 3 different times, 2-3 hour wait each time just to handle transfer of tag and not allowed to make an appointment for this service. The staff here doesn't care how long you wait, they work slow and drag out each transaction....Don't waste your time and go across town to another tag office

En las oficinas hable con alguien que se identifico como supervisora, pero no se si mi queja llegara a la persona indicada, nunca he sido de quejarme de los demás; pero si esta situación es reincidente; se deben tomar acciones correctivas para con esta persona, porque con esos modales no puede trabajar atendiendo al publico.

The place was packed and only 9 of the 14 windows had attendants. Nearly two hours later I was call. Plan to spend some time sitting here, it’s not an in and out process.The attendant was nice & the place was clean and organized but lacked the personal this day I came.

Very quick all things considered. In and out with a new ID card in my hand within an hour. They use a highly effective system that unfortunately most don't understand.

While it still is the DMV, a place we all dread, this location is clean, modern and has enough chairs where you don’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. Staff is friendly and usually pretty quick once your number is called.It’s all about that waiting though...#alwaysgrabanappointment
