Feedback:
Lack of honesty, integrity, and service. Customer sales representative offered 3 month contract with option to cancel at end of 3 months. Contract turned out to be a 1 year auto renewal contract with 50% cancellation fee. My fault for not reading the contract and instead trusting the salesman. Sales rep was also suppose to come by often to help with text, she came by once. Upon sending what I thought was an email canceling my contract at the end of 3 months I was told it would cost $435 to cancel the contract. The customer service rep on the phone even used the word “manipulate” in referring to how the contract was brought to me. I am paying the cancellation fee just to be done with this company and their dishonest practices. I am writing this in hopes people will look into this company before making any type of decision and not make the mistake I did.
