Had Johnny start working on our website back in Fall 2018, discussed several aspects of our existing site. Long story short, we have had no development or progress and now since he changed a few things we have no control over our website only to have it down for 3 days due to a domain/hosting issue. After several emails and calls with ZERO return I am beyond frustrated. STAY far away from this company as they want money down to start work and then deliver false promises. Next stop BBB.

If you care about having control over your website, I would go elsewhere. Very slow to reply and starting to question if he will at all... to be clear there is no reason why he wouldn't (outside of natural causes, which I truly hope is not the case) as he has already said he would help us within 24 hours (11 days ago, outlined) and is now 100% hurting our client's business.I will take this down once Johnny replies or fixes our issue but this is our last resort to get a solution figured out that won't end up costing us big money and time to replace the site we have no access to.

Johnny Base is a creative individual and explains to the customer the steps he performs He brings a clear structure to the website and his work is performed in a timely manner. In some parts of my website I was ranking on page six or worse. Now , only a day after the site got life, the site ranks with most search terms on page one! That is great! I know Johnny Base after I watched his freebase video on youtube two weeks ago. He is obviously an expert in this area, so I ask him to give me some training on Freebase and Local SEO. After 2 session training from him, I have much better understand about this Local SEO. His training is straight, clear and easy for me to understand.
