Current policy holders and future insurance buyers please read!! We TRUSTED Shaw Insurance Agency for several years with our small local business. It wasn't until we had a couple break-ins over the years that we got noticed of being dropped. We TRUSTED that Shaw would find us another carrier......this is when Shaw waited til the last minutes before previous insurance expired to give us the new policy that was much higher and said it was the BEST they could do. It was 20K year higher!! We had no choice to sign up or have no insurance. Immediately the next week we find an insurance company what was more reasonably priced and had more coverage. Shaw then informed us they would not return our money!!!! So please save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. Lone Star Yamaha will never us them.
