To expensive. I was with this company for a while. I was shocked when looking for insurance elsewhere only to find out I was being ripped off with shelter insurance for such a long time. They don't listen to you when you talk, it seems always something else is on their minds, as if you're just a number or should I say to them. Terrible customer service! Look elsewhere even if it's in the next town over

There are not many insurance companies to choose from, there are none really. Deric knows that. I canceled my insurance with him and called again, talked to his wife to make sure it would be canceled I was assured it would be . With attitude. After I suspected attitude I asked for a written email confirming that it would be cancelled. Deric , the guy who has sent numerous emails before, suddenly refused. Well dont ya know what happened? I got charged. I was in the midst of closing out that account with a small bank. And guess what. My account overdrew and it turned into a mess
