My family had our house insure with Gene for over 20 years. When my mother passed away I went to speak with him about having the policy and payment switched over to my name and bank account. I was informed the he had NO interest in carrying the policy and cancelled the policy effective IMMEDIATELY. The GREAT part was paying out of pocket for damage that occurred to the house before my mother passed that noone was aware of, but guess what NO LONGER insured once found. Good for him and BAD for me I guess
