So glad to be free of this agent. Used them for two and a half years because of the homeowner rates but wasn't worth it. Very unresponsive, never returns calls or follows through with what they say they will. Still awaiting a refund after we were charged for a month of car insurance after we had cancelled our policies. Agent is hardly ever in the office and must be in terrible health because he is always "at a doctor's appointment".
