Everything is easily understandable and NO hidden fees which is excellent! I highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs whether it be personal or commercial!

Valina at Shield Insurance Agency is great to work with and found good coverage for me at a much lower price than I'd previously been paying (home and auto insurance). She was very quick to respond to questions and helpful in explaining the policies and providing information on the insurance company I ended up going with. Last year when I first moved back to Michigan I went through multiple hoops and it took many phone calls over literally 3 months with my previous carrier to get the policy information correct. It was super easy and no such problems with Shield Insurance Agency. Thank you. Definitely a 5 star experience I'm happy to recommend!
