Friendly to everyone except me. I'm usually disappointed. I had been looking for a place to print some shirts while I'm here in Alaska. I happened to spot this place while driving by one day, and after learning that my employer also uses this company, I thought it was the perfect pick, until now.Exactly 4 weeks ago today, I went into the store. I filled out a form, submitted a quote request online as they asked me to do, and I was told I'd receive a response about a week later. I didn't. After 2 weeks I went back into the store and they hadn't even looked at my quote yet. The person that was dealing with it, Shane I believe, couldn't even spare me some attention to rectify the matter, he had the receptionist/associate get on it. Ok fine, we pick out shirts and again, I'm told they'd reach out to me the very next day. It's been 5 days and again NOTHING. I went into the store today and again my case has not progressed a bit. I'm wasting my time and resources having to go back to remind them of my order, only to have it not been even looked at. Each time I go there everyone seems to get the best customer service except me. It's like pulling teeth. Isn't my business as important as any other? It sure didn't feel like it. I'm starting to think the color of my skin has a lot to do with the difference. One month wasted and I'm no where on my project. All I wanted was a few shirts.
