A penny/VISA gift card for your thoughts? Sign me up! I was told about Shugoll by several of my coworkers who explained how easy it was to participate. Basically you sign up, fill out your relevant details and answer questionnaires as they come. If you qualify for their survey you'll get invited to participate in a focus group which lasts an hour or two and then you leave with a visa gift card. Shugoll provides sandwiches, drinks and snacks and everyone was super nice. If you arrive early you get put in a raffle for an additional gift card. Great experience and it was fun to hear other people's thoughts and opinions. I hope I qualify for another survey soon!

When you want people to participate in the future, the least you could do is provide them with bottled water and state CONTINENTAL breakfast without fruit instead of 'breakfast provided', so people don't have to leave the site for a better food selection in the morning. Overall, actual session was good and interesting.

Very professional, friendly environment, staff are very accommodating, and focus groups are a great way to make some money just for giving your opinion. The plus is that it's metro accessible!

They had a raffle if you got there by 8:15, but me and other people were there on time, and when I asked about the raffle before they had the drawing, they would not solved the problem, and went on with the raffle. Made us be early and didn't do what they said they would do. And the food they provided was sorry. I could have catered a better meal from the local news paper stand. And they were not ready, and unorganized to start the day. A very bad experience when you are going to spend 9+ hours some place.
