Nice people, poor product. Had my business sign made by them, a single long piece. It showed up as 2 separate units as it was apparently too long. No notice to me whatsoever. I would have definitely gone smaller that being the case.Came to me with the logo modified and crooked. They fixed promptly. Yet the bigger issue, the print color is completely washed. They claim it was due to the gradient and making it translucent, yet even in the more opaque areas, the red is completely orange/pink. So disappointing as this is my logo. I have seen other similar signs without this issue, so I'm not sure what the deal is. Paid full price. They offered to put red vinyl over the logo, completely removing my gradient..Have tried to live with it, tried to fix it. Not worth taking the chance with Signcentral.
