This company has the worst customer experience we have ever dealt with. First off it took us 9 months to even get our sign from them hearing excuses after excuses. Their "Project Manager" would never answer the phone and if she did, said she would have to call you back and you would never hear from here until you called again. We had to call the leasing company and get them involved just to get the sign delivered. The sign has not worked since the day it was installed, it has constantly been things not working correctly and them wanting us to work on the sign ourselves. This is why we paid the company to get it installed. We are currently left with a sign that does NOT work and we can barely get anyone to communicate with us.
