HORRIBLE service. I initially went to get a quote for a flagpole and installation. Plus I was going to get quotes for signs for the entrances to my subdivision. Was told the sales rep was out and would call. I waited about a week and went back, thinking I gave them the wrong number. Was told they have everything and the rep was at a funeral and would call. Now it's been two weeks. I've given up and have gone to D Signs in Lowell and received excellent and prompt service. I totally understand businesses are busy however a common courtesy call would at least show respect to a customer. If a business is that busy either they need to hire more personnel or find more competent employees. I guess they really don't care about loosing business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
