Rebecca at the Bloomfield office was fantastic to work with! She helped my wife and I find a new home in a short amount of time. I've dealt with other agents in the past. She was the most knowledgeable by far. We highly recommend Rebecca at Sotheby's!

Signature Sotheby's is wonderful! Knowledgeable agents working hard for their clients. Soon to be 3 offices in the Metro area to assist with buying, selling or questions you may have. Birmingham, Bloomfield and very soon Northville - you can't go wrong with Signature on your side!

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. Most God-awful experience I have EVER had with a real estate agent. Completely unprofessional, telling outright lies, rude, unfriendly and just plain mean. If I worked at Sotheby's, I'd be mortified to call this woman a co-worker, or an employee of mine. What an embarrassment. Has been a real estate agent for over five years yet has never sold a single house/property. Yep, sounds like a real winner. Unfortunately she is selling her own home and is the realtor that interested buyers are forced to deal with. After this experience, I will NEVER even think about dealing with Sotheby's again. If this is how they allow their employees to behave, I want nothing to do with them. Have already shared this horrible experience on Facebook, at my office and to anyone else that will listen/is looking for a new home. I'm also in the process of filing a complaint with the Michigan Board of Real Estate. 100% the WORST "customer service" experience that I have ever had. She was even using two different names to list properties which is ILLEGAL. It was like dealing with someone who should be in a mental institution as opposed to a professional, licensed realtor. What an embarrassment for Sotheby's. Wow. Just WOW. And good luck to Sotheby's because since this is the caliber of realtors you hire, looks like you're going to need all the luck you can get.

Heading to a closing with John Apap now, nice to have a true professional on the other side of the transaction! Second closing this month with a Sotheby's agent (Shelly Kovach was another pleasure to work with!) Outstanding attention to detail, that Shelly! Great office, great people, keep it up Doug Hardy!

I recently had the great opportunity to work with Susan Campbell Johnson of SKBK Sotheby's Int'l Realty and can tell you first hand that she is a skilled professional Realtor that not only takes a personal interest in her clients, she cares. She went out of the way for me and helped me with all of my issues no matter how trivial, a true hand-holder as an agent. I would work with Susan again and will recommend her to all of my associates that need a luxury home in the Tri-county Michigan area.
