Zero communication after paying for my signs. Now into the second week. If I don’t call or email nothing happens. I still have no clue when my signs will be ready. “I was on vacation.” “I was in the weeds.” All I have are excuses and no signs. Should be called Signs By Whenever We Feel Like It.UPDATE: 17 days after payment. 6 days ago I was told signs would be ready “tomorrow.” Still no reply to communication attempts since then, and of course no signs.UPDATE: Pat returned my call. Never spoke to him before. Not my salesman. Apparently my signs were damaged and had to be reordered from a third party. Now they won’t be here for another week because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Since the signs were supposed to be here 6 days ago, I assume this happened then and despite my communication attempts, no one thought to inform me. So if the signs actually arrive next Monday, that’s 23 days after I paid for them and no communication that was not initiated by me.LAST UPDATE. The signs arrived on Monday. Never did hear from my salesman via phone or email.
