I called the business to try and get a quote on a sticker that the company I work for was trying to have made for a product of ours. I explained on the phone what I was wanting and there must have been some miscommunication somewhere because what I asked for and what I was quoted for were two different things. After I said that I didn't think we were on the same page with what I was wanting, I got told very rudely that we were on the same page and their inability to make me what I wanted was not because of them but because what I was asking for wasn't possible (I had gotten a few other quotes from other businesses who all said it was possible).I then asked if I could send a document showing exactly what it was that I wanted and the woman I was speaking to replied with attitude, "yeah, I can take a look at your email, I look at emails all day long, but I know I'm understanding what you're telling me". I thanked her and sent her the document of what I was wanting and asked her to let me know if it would change the quote at all. That was last Wednesday, I have yet to hear anything back from them and have even sent a followup email with them trying to get a response. I understand they may make amazing products for their client but their lack of customer service is very obvious and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Hopefully this helps anyone who's trying to decide if they should take their business here or not. I work with many different customers/clients on a daily basis and would NEVER treat them with the amount of disrespect I got from the employees at this company.** UPDATE: Debbie got in touch with me last week and again this week and apologized for the delay in response. Her attitude was also 100% better, I understand some people have bad days/weeks. I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because of it... I don't think the treatment should have ever happened in the first place but I appreciate them getting back in touch and trying to make it right**
