These folks can't follow through. I gave them plenty of time (8-9 days) to fill my order. As I live out of town I told Linda via email exactly when I would be in town to collect my order. Upon arrival Linda told me "oh, I thought I had until tomorrow to do that." No! You didn't, Linda! Read the email you requested me to send! I was getting a pinch upset so instead of fighting with her I said, "fine," and walked out of the store. I immediately sent her an email (this is how she suggested we communicate in the first place), where I could have a better handle of my emotions, explaining I would be in the next day to get my items. Of course when I arrived the next day she hadn't seen my email and did not have my items. At this point I was done with them. They did refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
