Called to make an appointment and curtly put on hold for 5 minutes by receptionist. Hung up and immediately called back and receptionist rudely stated "We don't do no appointments!" Illiterate, rude, and incompetent! Not very inviting; no wonder people stay away from Siler City.

I have never been in and out of a government office so fast. Very friendly and helpful. Just one thing, it's in the basement and there's no signs telling you to park on the left side of the building. If you go in from the front or back it's like a maze to find it.

Had a bad experience at another LPA so I went to Siler City on my second go round. The lady was very nice, I was in and out in about 10 minutes with my plate. She was polite, professional and helpful.
