Feedback:

My husband and I attended a cooking class here as part of a Wounded Warrior event . We had a marvelous time and learned how to make various dishes in a collaborative hands-on setting. The Chef (Mary) was knowledgeable and friendly. She gave wonderful tips as we were preparing the food and her assistants were also very helpful. We then ate a most delicious lunch in great company . We definitely recommend this unique and beautiful place for cooking lessons.

Feedback:

The open mic night is incredible. Such talent.

Feedback:

We booked & paid for multiple seats for a cooking class. It was a Birthday present & we planned an entire weekend around the class. Including taking a half day from work & hotel rooms. Two weeks after the initial booking I received a phone call saying there was a scheduling conflict & the class got had to be moved to the following night. Though I did receive a refund for the classes we incurred cancellation fees for the lodging. You can’t advertise, take someone’s money & then move dates, highly unprofessional & no consideration for the customer.

Feedback:

I've heard nothing but great reviews about their cooking school. My parents went last year after Christmas, and they're still talking about how much fun they had, and how delicious the food was. I can't wait to stop in for a visit when we're home for the holidays!

Feedback:

Customers or students continuously park on the side of the road outside the establishment. Blocking the road on a blind corner is not only dangerous, but unfair to the people who live on the road.

Feedback:

I'm from out of state and was really looking forward to a quick perusal of the goods at the Silo, having visited it several times over the years. I arrived 25 minutes before its 5 pm closing time (on a Wednesday) and it was all locked up, though there was a car in the parking lot and another car and people at the side of the building. The sign on the door confirmed the store wasn't due to close for 25 minutes. There was no note explaining that due to unforeseen circumstances the store had to close early. So, if you want to visit during store hours, I recommend you call first. They don't adhere to the posted hours. Granted, I arrived within 30 minutes of closing but there was 25 minutes left to their opening hours and I'm a quick shopper. Very disappointing after a long drive out of my way to stop in there. I've been less of a fan since the business changed hands and I'm not sure I'm a fan at all now.
