Feedback:

Least reliable internet service ever. Using my mobile hotspot pulls faster speeds than my wifi does. It will work great for about 5 minutes and then give me less than 1mbps for the next week. We are moving because they are the only ones that happen to service our area. Calling them does nothing because they never show up and the internet never improves. Over the last year the service has just gotten worse and worse. Do not buy internet from here, you will never get what you pay for.

They are doing away with coaxel cable for a internet Roku. For the same amount I'm paying now for almost 60 channels I will not only get 16. Going to be looking around for a good direct TV deal for sure.

They should be able to accommodate persons who work later in to the evening. Especially when they are requesting an appointment at the individual's home. Very disappointed. Very frustrated. I've been with the company for almost 20 years. Very very disappointed.

I have (claimed) high speed internet through Silverstar. I pay for the 30 mbps plan. Unfortunately, I only get speeds of 2 mbps down and 2 up. I've contacted support multiple times, nothing gets done. I've reset the modem. That only helps for a few minutes. They block ports for Xbox Live even though the speeds are advertised for gaming. If you can, avoid Silverstar at all costs.

Just got off the phone with the nicest lady "Jeanne". She was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was going to drop my land line, but with her help, I have decided to keep it. She helped me save on my bill. I wish every time I need customer service I could speak with someone like her. By the way Silver Star, she kept my account.

I have various services through Silver Star. My Internet is blazing fast and has not once gone down in over 2 years now. Customer service is great. The thing that I appreciate about Silver Star is that they are trying to provide service to an area that most other companies think is not worth bringing their services into. I had Cable One and Century Link in Idaho Falls. Cable one dropped every so often and was always below my rated speed. Century Link had terrible customer service and gave the impression that I was a bother when I tried to get help. Cable one was just so big that it took 3 tries for them to get out to my place, apparently I wasn't at the top of the list twice. Silver Star showed up a little early and not only cleaned up a wiring mess created by the home contractor for free, but got me above their rated speeds day or night. I am just grateful to be able to get high speed internet in such a remote area. Stuff happens and people make mistakes, Silver Star, thanks for offering services where most companies do care to.
