If you like to have your insurance person (Satina) be defensive when you ask about why you don’t have a coverage on your policy to be snarkily told you signed a paper declining it then please use this office. Funny that the employees are writing reviews about the agency. Service was good here not sure what happened

I have nothing but great things to say about Simeona Agency! I have had my home and auto coverage through them. Unfortunately I had a house fire that resulted in my having to be temporarily relocated during the house reconstruction. During this time, the insurer notified me that my policy would not be renewed due to the loss. Clarissa, Troy, and team worked behind the scenes to find another insurer for me, even when at first it didn't seem like I could get coverage. Clarissa figured out how to make it happen, found great coverage, and just made everything easy for me during this very stressful time. I am so grateful for their service and commitment to their customers!

We recently switched from Geico to American Family and had such great customer service from their agent Karisa. She spent time with us listening to why were uphappy with our previous insurance company and assured us we would have nothing but 5 star service with her. Not only are we saving money now but we actually have more coverage! Karisa is a huge asset to this team and we will be referring all friends and family to her!
