THE ONLY 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES NOT CUSTOMERS! The tool isn't good. It's over priced and isn't visually attractive compared to other similar tools out there. I run a marketing company and all of my clients hated it. I don't use it at all but still have to pay for it. Their sales team is good at getting people signed up but no one cares once they have your credit card information. Don't sign up for this!

Good software ruined by inept service. They took over a week to respond to a very simple issue - and instead of looking up my account and seeing it was (in the moment) inactive, they gave the brain dead response of “have you tried deleting the app and downloading it again?” Not encouraged to renew.

Offers free demo version, then denied access in mail contact and suggest another "great" package for $99 per month. Not trustworthy!
