The only beef I have is one I addressed with them that went unanswered which is not acceptable as is the fact that the weekly newsletter emails contain information on special events for that CURRENT week, some of which happen to be on the same day as or the very day after I GET said email. This too is unacceptable as it is too short of notice for most people who might want to attend these events and would like between a week and a month ideally to plan. However, the collection is so diverse and so impressive, it's within walking distance of my house and I have enjoyed their Valentine blind date with a book read-a-thon very much the past couple of seasons. Pleased to have been chosen to win a hand knit scarf last winter after it drew to a close!
