Feedback:

I gave them one star because I cant give them zero stars, "Hated It" is an understatement.When I called about sending out save the dates for my wedding, the gentleman (I use that term loosely) had the biggest attitude I have come across in the service industry. I told him that I wanted these sent out in envelopes and the addresses printed on them and he proceeded to tell me that he emailed me back, which he was assuming because I did not send him any. Then he copped an attitude even further and asked why I wanted them sent in envelopes. It seems counter-intuitive that a company that makes its business sending things out for people would question why I would want to send anything out.Do yourself a favor and find somebody else to send and print your items. These people are incredibly rude and should learn some customer service and general manners when dealing with customers. I'd rather have the fictional stork pick up my save the dates and fly them to wherever they need to go. What a disgrace!
