POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just called for an inquiry and this lady on the line answered with a mad voice and when she doesn't now what I was talking about, she just HUNG UP on me! wow...

Location closed. Went to place an order and received an e-mail that all customer files were transferred to the Ontario office. Wished they had told us so we could get our files.
