This company bought out my ISP. Previously my ISP had absolutely terrible service, unknowledgeable staff/techs and inflated prices. Now my ISP has a nice new sign. Nothing else has changed. The technician came to my house and ran a speed test (horribly biased towards ISP's) and said everything was normal. He then attempted to blame my internet issues on "kids in the neighborhood" They bought it and forgot it. At least replace the techs that haven't been recertified since dial up was prevalent. Absolute trash service.
