I'm a new Independent Contractor with Smart and I love my experience with the company. I've been an employee in the Property Management industry for many years. As a Smart employee, I have the flexibility and benefits of being an Independent Contractor, servicing the needs of our clients. :)

Smart Apartments Solutions where "smart" is used in the context of smart mouth and has NOTHING to do with intelligence. The staff is rude and ghetto. You work several (more than two) weeks before you get a check. They constantly disrupt your assignment with unnecessary calls and emails. You're constantly reminded you're an "independent contractor", however, they try to treat you like they own you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for work or anyone looking to staff their office. By the way, the positive feedback here and and on their Facebook page was posted by their staff.
