I am VERY grateful to Karen for her willingness to send me Smart Shopper's coupons for a newly opened Korean restaurant in East Brunswick. The restaurant is K Pot - Korean BBQ and Hot Pot - an all u can eat deal . I received late this afternoon the coupons she graciously sent my way/weigh. Eating there IS an adventure. Food is ordered from a touch screen ON the table. Menu is extensive. Service is great. Decor is classy, sophisticated, modern. Place is clean and tables separated from each other so diners at different tables do not hear each others' conversations. Not familiar with Korean food, it has been FUN to figure out what to eat. SO return trips are important. The Smart Shopper coupons for this restaurant are GREAT. Hope the management and owners continue to advertise their restaurant in Smart Shopper for central NJ. I have been advertising in Smart Shopper regularly (in multiple zones) since I opened my retail location in Somerville, NJ two years ago. I am very pleased with the results. Customers often arrive with "coupon in hand" ready to make a purchase. Rina is always reachable and responsive if I have any questions or concerns.

As a new dental office we LOVE smart shopper. We have the pleasure of dealing with Karen directly and she is always on top of things. She even goes as far as thinking of our office when a new marketing opportunity arises. She definitely goes above and beyond and her thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. We have seen excellent ROI so far! I highly recommend them to anyone opening a new business in Edison or the surrounding areas.

I am writing a review for the Jewelry Doctor which is on Main St. in Metuchen, We have been advertising with the Smart Shopper for many years. Have always had positive results. Karen is great to work with as is the rest of the staff there. Always willing to help and go the extra mile to work with us and offer suggestions.

I advertise with smart shopper on a regular basis. They are very professional and friendly. It does work, no doubt in my mind. The people who complain about it not working are the people who don't do it over and over again. My company runs every add they offer and it sure does get me more buisness. THAT'S WHY I KEEP DOING IT. You cant just do it once, you have to keep running the add every month and the sales will increase over time because people have to see your ad on average 7 times before they actually remember your name. i highly recommend this advertisement for any company. A good way to rev up sales, turn new customers into repeat customers and take the work away from your competition!!

I wish I could give them zero stars or any minus rating there could have been. What a total rip off! I could write a whole book about them! I have been charged without any notification whatsoever. They just charge you no matter what. I would never complain if there was any return on customers, but there is nothing coming from them. They are total garbage! Now when I want to cancel on them, they tell me I can't because apparently I have a contract which I failed to cancel within the first 3 days of signing it. Why would I cancel on something that was promised big return?! Have had the ad running from February till now and got 0 customers!!! Seriously, ZERO CUSTOMERS! What a waste of money and what a headache! So now, to cancel I've got to pay them $5628.00! What the hell is this cancellation fee!!! Listen to me and please do yourself a favor, stay far, very far from them!
