Hello, I completely agree with all the positives reviews I’ve seen about this place, I was hire in this great company as a blessing living my job as in a restaurant. They always take care god their employees, realizing Meetings with lot ofBreakfasts. Even after my accident Mr. Cagnina has been saving a place to me to come back whenever I’m ready to work again. I have make a great friendships there with all the employees such Amy, Danick, Erick C., Jose R and more in the DIA department. I assure you this blessed company with support you no matter what.

UPDATE: I was called by the VP of the company on July 17 2018 and he took care of the situation. He listened to the problem and said he will take care of it and refund me the money. I think they have a great product. While it wasn’t the right fit for me at the moment, I think many businesses can benefit from it and if used right it can generate a significant amount of business. ———————————Original Post:they refuse to refund me $400 after i canceled my service within 2 hours of signing up.a sales rep named Tommy Lopez contacted me on July 6 2018. said he wants me to see the GovSpend platform from SmartProcure for businesses that could get my business more sales from government job opportunities. he spent an hour on the phone with me trying to sell me on it. he presented it in a very attractive way and got me to sign a contract for $400 a month for the term of 12 months. about an hour after the call i realized i made a mistake signing with them because my business cannot afford this expense at this time. i called back saying i would like to cancel the contract and close the account.they said they will be contacting me in the next day and then stretched it out over a week. the accounting department finally called me on July 16 2018, and said they will cancel the contract but will NOT refund the initial $400 paid.i asked them why are they keeping my hard earned money after they are canceling the contract and they said that the reason is "you signed the contract, sorry". there is no justification to take my money because i was sold on a service that i cannot afford. i did not use the service at all and would like to resolve this in a nice way.i would like to get a $400 refund. i didn't use the service and there is no reason for them to keep the money. they didn't provide me with any services.

I would not recommend anyone applying for a job with this company. First thing first their product is a scam. You can find all this information freely, nothing proprietary about it. I applied for a job with this flunky company, which was a 3 step process. However, I got a silly email from them stating they’re going with another candidate aka with someone they can pay way less money and extract them for all their energy. This company will not be around for long mark my words.

Half of these reviews must be fake, this is a scam company. They buy data from government agencies (that is free information anyways) and resell it and scam people. Don't buy, horrible product and it doesn't even pull up the full or right data they make it look all nice in the demonstration then pressure you to buy it. Scam.

Half of these good reviews must be employees writing them. Please don't work with this company they scam people and use high sales pressure tactics to have you buy free information just take the time to call the government agencies yourself and get it. It doesn't even work half the time they are missing the data you need and try and detour you when giving the sales pitch.

You kind of expect that if you're going to go on a cruise and you're going to deal with people that try to push timeshares or do different things for you to schedule in vacations you just kind of have your expectations ready of what you're going to deal with they didn't bother me any it's just their job

BEWARE! This company admittedly took advantage of our business and didn't set up our account as promised. A year later we refused payment and they promised to fix the account credit the back amount and bill our obligation forward. We thought that was great! Instead they had a company call pretending to do an asset investigation for a potential legal award for the back money! I called and paid these people and would still be with them if they had kept their end of the bargain. Find another procurement registry. These people are shady! Check the BBB and reviews online!

SmartProcure is a good prospecting tool to use and relatively reasonably priced. The service support person (Misty) is outstanding and really cares about her customers. Good experience overall and would recommend them.

This is a phenomenal product and a simply outstanding company. Dave in sales worked with our budget and timeline - without his help, we couldn't have pulled it off. Misty conducted our onboarding training; she is FABULOUS. Smooth, perfect speed, very professional, really knows her products. Quinn is our rep, and he has been quick to tend to our needs; he's an excellent trainer as well. HIGHLY recommended company - the customer service is remarkable.
