Nothing but great customer service and prices with my Agent Dee. I won’t go anywhere else. If your looking for honesty and good customer service give her a call.

Had an awesome experience with an agent named Dee. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable! She helped me out so much with insurance for my photography business. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my other business owner friends! Thank you Dee!!

When Smith Insurance was not owned by Brown and Brown - They were 5 star! LOVED THEM! Recommended them to all! Since the buyout by Brown and Brown? Less than 1 star but that is not an option. They fired close to everyone with the buy out. I wasn't aware for SIX MONTHS that my agent was no longer with the company. I kept e-mailing and calling the receptionist. I kept getting shoved off or sent to general voicemail, or simply no response at all. It took me 3 months to get a return phone call OR e-mail response to make a change to my policy. February-April 2017It took me 4 requests by e-mail, and 3 phone calls and 3 weeks (June-July 2017) to get a copy of my loss runs for my company's policy. Took over a month of more than 6 phone call requests for them to send a Certificate of Insurance. December 2017I requested a change to my policy in November 2017, and spoke with the agent - she never processed it. Therefore higher insurance payment necessary. This company only cares about the money they make NOT the customers. That is not a way to do business.

Would never recommend this company to ANYONE looking for insurance. I called in and spoke with Linda about changing insurance for OUR mutual customer and she was obnoxiously rude and unwilling to help out unless I was able to make her job easier. Highly unprofessional especially when we are in the customer service business. They ended up losing 2 customers due to their poor customer service.

We had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Bill Romero and Smith Insurance. But what should you expect from a bunch of insurance sales people...certainly not honesty.
