Quite honestly this service is hands down one of the best I've ever used. if you are a very busy business owner and don't have time for creating promotions look no further this is the answer to your problems. Their customer service is fantastic. You can incorporate this into any business I myself have a Dairy Queen and have been using it for a few years. You always want to take care of your customers but you especially want to take care of your loyal customers this does it for you. Don't think about it too much just do it you can thank them later.

Being the General Manager at eDealColorado for the last 8 years, I've had many dealing with SMS Masterminds. The staff there has always been helpful. It's also been great seeing the company continue to be at the forefront of technology in the mobile marketing world. I especially want to comment on the great customer service I've received from customer support over the last few days in regards to the new MMS technology avaialable. Keep up the great work!

SPENCER COOPER LIED TO GET THE $2500 FRON ME AND STILL HAVE NOT ADMITTED THEY ARE CRIMNALS . JAMES IS HIS ACCOMPLICE IN THE LIE SO BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY . I FELL ON A MAJOR HARDSHIP AFTER THE LIE WITH MY DAUGHTER BEING SICK AND STILL TRYING TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF ,,, . IM STRONG ENOUGH TO MAKE IT .... BUT THIS IS FOR SOMEONE ELSE THAT MAY NOT ....SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED . GOOD LUCK !!!

They offer no continued support once they have your contract. They DO NOT set up 10 accounts like they say. They pull money out of your account when they see fit. They DO NOT have 220 licensees. They use that number because that's how many they have sold. They keep it a pretty good secret, but their attrition is high. Once a licensee fails they transfer the accounts to a "mentor" who then use to show how successful the company can be. Over all one of the worst decisions of my life was partnering with SMS Masterminds
