Disgusting men that ogle and make you feel uncomfortable. They are doing work on our whole street that consists of young college students and they just smile and stare uncomfortably.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their technician went in the backyard to mark the gas lines and did not lock my gate when he left. He saw I had dogs. Well my dogs got out and my puppy ended up with a deep laceration on her paw pad once I found them after searching for over 90 minutes. The cut was so bad she ended up needing stitches and with that came a $500 ER Bill. The technician even admitted that he did not lock that gate because he didn't know how but I was home so he could have let me know. Now they are saying they are not liable for the bill because their employee says he closed the gate. He pulled it but it wasn't closed all the way because it was not locked. It's a shame I now have to contact a lawyer because of this foolishness.

Loved both times I had the chance to work for this company. Would have never quit working for them if they had never lost the FL contract. Their supervisors were always helpful when asked and were fast to get approvals. Will look forward to the day they gain back the contract.

Had one of the workers block my driveway this morning. When I found him (in my neighbors yard) I asked him to move his car. He ignored me for a few minutes and then started walking to his car (without a word). I then asked if there was a problem. He said I needed to say please! I told him that I wasn't the one blocking his driveway and all he needed to say was that he's sorry. He just threw his cones in his trunk and moved his vehicle while mumbling stuff under his breath. Tried to email the company, but they removed their email addresses from their website. Judging by other complaints I found online this company ignores complaints against their workers. This appears to be a company that doesn't care about their image.

I gave a 1 star but would not give any stars to S&N if I could. They are not great at locating lines. My company which is in Virginia has to call Miss Utilities on a regular basis to have underground lines marked. Almost every week we have an issue with S&N just not showing up at all to locate the line and there ends up being a major line in our excavating area. If we could we would never use S&N but we are required by law to have all underground lines marked when we are excavating.

I've dealt with S&N for almost a year and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Their staff is organized, thorough and professional and they have gone the extra mile time after time. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
