I could write a book on everything that went on just in the span of 4 months. We spent over $15,000 and received virtually nothing in exchange. It started off great, we were told that our PPC strategist would start immediately and their sales pitch is second to none. The day after the deposit was made we were informed that the PPC strategist was going on a week long vacation. This was 1 of 5 times we were told something couldn't be done because someone was on vacation! Once the strategist started he decided to completely rewrite our PPC account with less than 15 minutes of direct communication, we cancelled that service before the first months service was even completed. All the infinite wisdom he had however was passed on to the social media team and an entire campaign was built around keywords that didn't apply to our company! Unfortunately we weren't made aware of these keywords until after 2 full months of unsuccessful paid ads, again we just cancelled that portion of our service. When we signed our contract we had some specific things that we wanted to add to our site, none of which was major, but it still required 5 people, 3 meetings and 10 phone calls to get ANYTHING done at snap and nothing was quick, as we waited a full month before they would do ANY work at all and another 3 months to see anything get completed. This goes down as our worst financial decision in 10 years. We have just 1 thing on our site that we can point to that was completed that didn't need to be redone by our new marketing company. I only wish someone would have had the courage to write an honest review before we signed on and we were informed shortly after receiving a decent review from a peer company of ours that they too were cancelling their snap contract as they experienced much of the same.Glad you spent my $15,000 to learn how to do your job!
