I hired Social Media 22 because of Tasha's enthusiasm and specific promises and excellent prices. However, the company has delivered to me nothing but excuses and promises since I hired them last August. I've tried to reach out multiple times to allow them the opportunity to deliver anything at all aside from a press kit which they cobbled together from my website's "about" page showcasing long discontinued products rather than the information I provided them in the detailed intake form they asked me to complete or the photos I gave them. My most recent communication was an excuse for, again, not delivering on a promise and a promise to get back to me, and then they stopped responding to my emails. I had hoped that my initial experience reflected some personal crisis rather than their standard brand experience, which is why I've continued to reach out to resolve the problem, but it was never resolved. I would not recommend working with them.
