As ALL business owners must know, there are a ton of marketing firms out there competing for business. Heck, I just just got another annoying Google marketing call. So, how do you choose a good internet/social media/search engine marketing company?Hmmm, honestly, I have no (expletive deleted) idea … I’m sure of this because Socius Marketing was my third try.Staying polite … my first two marketers did not work out … again, I’m being polite.All I can tell you is that Socius worked.Why or what is different? Well… First, they listened. Our company is a coating company, paints and such, but it’s high end stuff, unique products for difficult jobs. When other companies represented us, they did not take the time or interest to understand our uniqueness. Their failure to listen showed in their work and in the end, in our sales. They couldn’t help steer customers to our website.Second, when I ask for changes or different approaches to an issue or text, I don’t need to get into a spat. In fact, we have had several meetings with writers where we brainstorm and share ideas. I don’t always have to go through a rep or account manager … who then attempts to translate my thoughts and ideas to a writing team.Third my rep/account manager is great … communicative … talented and smart.Fourth, I get calls from them saying “Hey, did you ever think of ….” or “I was thinking about your company last night and it occurred to me that ….” So, they are thinking of me!?!?! And not about what they can sell me or if my latest bill is paid? That’s a huge improvement over prior marketers.What else? Oh yeah, English! I wouldn’t care if writer from anywhere in the world thinks and ponders and writes for us …. Heck, the varying cultural backgrounds could help, BUT, in the end, I want an English first language writer to edit the text. Guess I should mention that sales are rising… Oh, and they put up with my ignorance about their industry, especially social media … you see I’m a baby boomer … need I say more?Socius Marketing is my marketing company now, and in the long haul … growing together.Robert ArenaEnviroShield, LLC

We just went live with a complete redo of our Healthcare website with the superb staff at Socius Marketing directing the development. Our project manager at Socius Marketing, Kathleen O'Connor, kept us informed every step of the way. She made sure that our administrative team had ample time to review options and give the input that we felt necessary to personalize the website. Every question that we had was professionally responded to by the Socius development team. This was our third website development. It was by far the easiest and most complete development process secondary to the extraordinary work and effort that Kathleen O'Connor and her team of professional website developers at Socius Marketing put forth. It has become very obvious to our administrative team that Socius Marketing has not only developed a terrific website for us, but will continue to work with our staff to enhance our new website and keep our site current. We wanted a dynamic website developer to assist us with this process and Socius Marketing has become that integral partner. I would highly recommend Socius Marketing without any reservations to any company wishing to project their services on the web.

Running a small business, I have to wear many hats and thus I was considerably strapped to get back with them on what they needed from me to build my custom website.
