We made an appointment to get something notarized. Showed up on time, to find out someone who could do it wouldn’t be there till 6 hrs later. We made our appointment online, no one called or emailed to let us know.

Tried to order a blender, I live in nooksack and my address doesn't show up on Google maps. I've given them directions countless time times and helped them find it, along with numerous other people in my house that also order things. At one point they just decided to deliver my packages to a random neighbors house bc they couldn't find mineThe neighbor gave them back thankfully, a few weeks later they told me they were having issues delivering my Blender. so I called them and talked to someone, they told me someone from UPS was going to call me back, they never called me back and the next day just delivered my Blender at a strangers, again and i never got it back about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Amazon is a really great company and refunded me for everything but the UPS workers are beyond stupid.

I been a customer of the UPS Store for many years on Meridian Street, Bellingham WA The location goes over and above the call of duty day after day. There's a great team in place .. that can handle the needs of shipping and / receiving of goods on your behalf. I have po box and just love the little things like 1/ letting me know by email a package has been received today 2/ taking a call and helping redirect a package they had received (of course for a noimnal shipping fee). 3/ or if fax, photo copying is required .. everyone working there is very helpful to assist ones needs Darryl T Vancouver, BC

The folks at this UPS store are very friendly, informative and super helpful! We have been customers for several years and they always assist us in a timely, efficient manner. We recently had an interaction with Ryan about opening a mailbox and he took the time to explain all of the details and requirements for doing so. We highly recommend them!
