I've used Solutionist to order giveaways like pens and balloons, wearables for myself and staff, and even custom made rugs for my business. I have always been extremely happy with the outcome of every product, not to mention the incredible customer service that Dan Galbraith gives. The products are ALWAYS on time (OR EARLY!) and working with him is a breeze. I love that I do not have to worry about anything, just tell him what I need and he takes care of the rest. I order online for a lot of things in life, like we all do of course. But when it comes to a product that is going to represent my business, I want a representative that can handle the process and make sure the product is right. Ordering a high quantity of a product (like hundreds of giveaways!) with my logo on it from a random online company is not something I am comfortable with, not knowing what the quality is or how long it may take to arrive. Having Dan to go to for these products makes the process not only easier, but a comfort factor because I know he understands what products will work for me. In addition, after working with him for many years, he has gotten to know the branding and style of my business and thats so important as well. Highly recommend!!
